    We are truly a local, Denver-based gourmet mushroom grower with a 3,500 sf facility at 58th and I25.

    We are 100% gluten free and corn free (most other growers are not, due to the substrates they use).
    * Our full process is “organic” and we have started the USDA application for full certification.

    We deliver with our own vans straight from the farm, and provide mushrooms in 5 lb boxes straight for easy access and storage.

    Our pricing is very competitive. Gourmet mushrooms offer high margins for your restaurant, are easy to consistently prepare in advance by your line chefs and create little to no waste.

    We harvest daily and consistently produce six mushroom varieties to fill our orders. We can produce 1,200 lbs per week.
